I conducted research for a Greater Atlanta Area organization evaluating a new membership model by analyzing the pricing structures of 54 entrepreneur-focused organizations, with membership costs ranging from free to $1,900. Using data visualization, I created visuals for membership tiers and timeframes across both local Atlanta organizations and online communities.
Hospice Market Research
Market research was conducted for a hospice provider serving 10 counties in the Greater Atlanta Area by building a comprehensive database of 136 hospice organizations and analyzing 32 distinct services offered across the region. This research identified service gaps and competitive opportunities, enabling the client to make data-driven decisions about future service expansion while also highlighting the limitations of AI-generated research compared to verified human-led data collection.
